Overview
My design sprint challenge is about a website that sells home decor items and helps people decorate their homes. The target is people who just moved to a new place How Might We help them find the right decor that fits their style and budget without overwhelming them with too many choices, How Might We provide a simple but enjoyable process for them.
Problem
People looking to decorate their new homes don't feel confident about personalizing their space because of budget constraints, so they search for affordable solutions to add their style to multiple items.
Solution
Create a user-friendly home decor website for new movers, helping them find budget-friendly items that match their style without overwhelming choices.

The lightning demos were explored using the IKEA Home Planner website and Planner 5D.
Crazy 8s Sketches
The most crucial element is the part where users select their style within a budget. It’s here that users strike a balance between style and cost, ultimately shaping the overall look of their space.
The Solution Sketch
The solution involves showing the selected items together to the users and keeping an eye on the budget. The goal is to make the interface simple and easy to use without overwhelming users with too much information.

Result
After implementing user-friendly design changes, 90% of participants easily navigated the website, positively impacting their overall experience. Also users were excited about the ability to visualize all their items together in a room, enabling them to see the prices and make changes as needed.
What I Learned
This project was a valuable learning experience for agile thinking, emphasizing the importance of efficiency and functionality within a limited time.
The design sprint method reminded me of the importance of staying focused on the crucial aspects during development.
This experience has boosted my skills in handling agile projects.
